ANN Solutions is operated by ANNAI BRANDS LLP, a company registered in India. ANN Solutions publishes mobile applications for Android and iOS across all major app stores, and develops websites for businesses of all sizes — from small startups to enterprise-level platforms.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our apps or visit our website (https://annsolutions.dev), how we use and protect that information, and your rights regarding your personal data.

This Privacy Policy covers all mobile applications published by ANNAI BRANDS LLP on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, and Amazon Appstore (collectively, "Apps"), as well as the ANN Solutions website at https://annsolutions.dev. By installing or using any of our Apps, you agree to the terms of this policy.

We collect the following categories of information when you use our apps or website:

Account and profile data

• Name and email address when you create an account or sign in.
• Authentication tokens managed by Supabase.

Content you provide

• Messages or enquiries submitted through our contact forms.
• Any content you create or save within the app.

Device and usage data (collected automatically)

• Device type, operating system, and app version.
• Crash reports and diagnostic logs to help us fix bugs.
• Anonymised usage statistics to understand how our apps are used.

Advertising identifiers

• Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android and Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, used to serve personalised ads in our free apps.

What we do not collect

• Payment or financial information (handled entirely by the app store).
• Location data.
• Contacts, photos, or media from your device (unless explicitly requested by a specific app feature).

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you and manage your account.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
• Moderate submitted content and maintain platform integrity.

Our free Apps are supported by advertising. We and our ad network partners collect advertising identifiers — Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android and Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS — to serve personalised ads.

You may opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

• On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
• On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. Ad networks receive only what is necessary to serve and measure advertisements.

Our Apps integrate the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and may collect information used to identify you.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, hosted in Google Cloud data centres. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Access-controlled Firestore security rules.
• Hashed password storage via Firebase Authentication.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary:

• Account data — retained for as long as your account is active.
• Crash and log data — retained for up to 90 days.
• Contact form submissions — retained for up to 12 months.

Cookies are small data files stored on your device. Our websites use only essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.

Our mobile Apps do not use cookies directly. However, third-party advertising SDKs may use equivalent technologies such as advertising identifiers. See the Advertising Identifiers section above for opt-out instructions.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Some of our Apps offer both free and paid versions or in-app subscriptions. We recommend trying the free version first. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your store account to revert to the free version.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely through your chosen app store (Google Play, Apple App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, or Amazon Appstore). We do not collect or store payment card details. Subscription payments are charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refer to your app store's billing terms for full details.

Our Services may contain links to external websites or services not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
